Stop contact in one step

Enter your email address, your phone number, or both, and press the button. You do not need an account, a reason or any verification.

What happens next

We record your request immediately and honor it within 3 business days. Every request linked to that email or phone is marked, and we will not contact you about it again.

If your request was already sent to Eduardo Cepeda, we forward your opt-out to JetMo so that Eduardo Cepeda and JetMo stop contacting you about it too. If it was not, your opt-out stays on our suppression list, and every new request is checked against that list before anything is sent to Eduardo Cepeda.

Calls and texts

Eduardo Cepeda or JetMo may call or text you only if you entered a phone number and checked the separate box that names them.

You can reply STOP (or quit, end, revoke, opt out, cancel or unsubscribe) to any text at any time. The Spanish words ALTO, PARAR, CANCELAR and BAJA are honored the same way as STOP.

Any reasonable way of telling us, Eduardo Cepeda or JetMo to stop counts, in English or Spanish, including this form, an email or saying so on a call.

What we keep

We keep a record of your opt-out (the email or phone you used, the date and what we did) for 5 years to show that we honored it, and we keep a one-way hash of that email or phone on our suppression list for 5 years so we can keep honoring it. To delete the rest of your information, use /privacy-request/.
