Who we are

Casa 915 Connect is published by AstraBrava LLC, 5340 Oak Park Ln, Unit 144, Oak Park, CA 91377, a marketing company. AstraBrava LLC is not a lender, mortgage company, mortgage broker or real estate broker. The site advertises the mortgage services of Eduardo Cepeda (NMLS #2708113) of JetMo (NMLS #2454704).

This policy explains what personal information this site collects, why, who receives it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It covers this website and the requests sent through it.

Effective date

This policy is effective September 30, 2026. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.

What we collect

Information you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number (optional, and kept only if you check the separate call and text box), what you want to do (finance a home purchase, finance a home for a Fort Bliss move, or refinance a Texas home), your timing, the part of El Paso County, Texas you are interested in, the language you prefer, and your message (optional).

Technical details recorded with each submission: the date and time, the page you sent it from, the referrer (the page that linked you there) if your browser reports it, your browser type (the user agent, meaning the name and version your browser announces), a one-way hash of your IP address, the exact wording of the notice and any consent shown to you with the notice version number and a digital fingerprint of that text, and the Global Privacy Control signal if your browser sent one.

Your IP address: we never store your raw IP address. We keep only a salted one-way hash of it (SHA-256), which we use to limit abuse of the form and as part of the consent record.

What this site never asks for: your income, Social Security number, credit information, or the address or value of a property. Please do not include any of these in your message. We also do not ask for race, ethnicity, religion, citizenship, health information, the makeup of your household or your precise location.

How we use it

We use your information to send your request to Eduardo Cepeda at JetMo, to keep spam and abuse off the form, to keep proof of the notice and any consent you gave, to honor opt-out and privacy requests, and to comply with the law.

We do not use it for advertising, we do not build profiles, and we do not use it for any purpose that is materially different from what this policy describes without asking you first.

Who receives it

Your request goes only to Eduardo Cepeda and JetMo, because you direct it to him when you send the form. It is never sent to other lenders, loan officers or anyone else.

Service providers that run the site for us and process your information only for that purpose: Cloudflare (hosting, Workers and the D1 database where requests are stored), Resend (the email service that delivers request notifications; Resend states that it keeps email and log data for 30 days on its standard plans), and Google Workspace (our business mailbox, which receives request notifications and stores those emails only to provide email service to us).

We disclose information to government authorities only when the law requires it.

We do NOT share your information with government agencies for immigration enforcement or any purpose unrelated to legal compliance.

Nobody else receives your information.

When you work with JetMo

Once your request reaches Eduardo Cepeda, JetMo handles the information it receives under its own policies. If you go on to work with JetMo, it gives you its own privacy notice, as federal financial privacy law (the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act) requires. That notice, not this one, covers anything you share with JetMo, including any loan application.

We do not sell or share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Nobody pays us for it.

Because we do not sell or share, there is nothing to opt out of in that sense. You can still stop all contact at any time on /opt-out/.

Cookies, tracking, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no chat widgets, no session recording and no third-party embeds.

No other company collects information about your online activity across different websites through this site.

Do Not Track: we do not track visitors across sites, so a Do Not Track signal does not change anything here; there is no tracking to turn off.

Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we record it with your request, pass it on with the request, and treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of your information. We do not sell or share it in any case.

How long we keep it

Requests sent through the form are kept in our database for 90 days and then deleted automatically.

The record of the notice shown to you, any consent you gave, and any opt-out you send is kept 5 years, so we can show what notice you saw and what you agreed to, and keep honoring an opt-out. The hash of your IP address is part of that record and is deleted with it.

Records of privacy requests (the email or phone you used and what we did) are kept 5 years. To keep honoring a deletion or an opt-out, we also keep a one-way hash of that email or phone on our suppression list for 5 years, even after the rest of your information is deleted.

The short-lived entries we use to limit repeated submissions stop counting after one hour and are deleted within a day. Your raw IP address is never stored.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, state privacy laws, such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and the California Consumer Privacy Act when it applies to a business, may give you the right to know what personal information a business has about you and get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of its sale, sharing or use for targeted advertising, and not to be treated differently for using these rights.

We offer access, correction, deletion and a way to stop contact to everyone, whatever state you live in, whether or not a particular law applies to a business our size.

How to make a request

To see, correct or delete your information, use the form on /privacy-request/ or email privacy@astrabrava.com. To stop being contacted, use /opt-out/: one step, no verification.

We respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why within those 45 days and may extend once by up to 45 more days. We never charge you for a request or treat you differently for making one.

For information JetMo already holds, you can also contact JetMo directly through jetmo.com.

How to review and correct your information

You can ask for a copy of what we hold and ask us to correct anything that is wrong through /privacy-request/. Choose "Correct my information" and send the request; we will email you to confirm what to change. You can also email privacy@astrabrava.com and tell us what is wrong.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor sent us a request, email privacy@astrabrava.com and we will delete it.

Where an image on this site was generated with artificial intelligence, it is labeled as such next to the image. These images are illustrations. They are not photographs of any property, listing or person, and they do not show any home for sale.

Security

Access to requests is limited to the people at AstraBrava LLC who handle them and to Eduardo Cepeda and JetMo. No method of storing or sending information is perfectly secure. If you think something is wrong, email privacy@astrabrava.com.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we post the new version on this page, update the date at the top, and describe the change in this section. We will not use information you already sent in a materially different way without asking you first.

History: 2026-09-29, first version. 2026-09-30, the site now sends financing requests only to Eduardo Cepeda and JetMo; requests are kept 90 days; Google Workspace added as a service provider; section on JetMo's own privacy notice added.
