Eduardo Cepeda is a business partner of AstraBrava LLC's owner in this website. You are free to choose any lender or loan officer.

No loan offers on this site

Nothing on this site is a loan offer, a rate quote or a credit decision, and nothing here is a decision about your eligibility for any loan.

Only Eduardo Cepeda and JetMo can discuss loan terms with you, and only they can issue a pre-qualification or pre-approval letter, after their own review. Any loan is between you and JetMo, under JetMo's own disclosures and agreements.

Limits of our responsibility

The site is provided at no charge and as it is. To the extent the law allows, AstraBrava LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes with AstraBrava LLC are handled in the courts of Ventura County, California.

If you live in Texas, nothing in these terms waives the protections of Texas consumer protection law, including the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act (Business and Commerce Code section 17.46 and following), and the choice of California law and courts does not take away your right to bring a claim wherever those laws allow.

No arbitration and no class action waiver

These terms do not require arbitration and do not waive your right to join a class action.

Changes

If we change these terms, we post the new version on this page with a new date. Changes apply from that date forward.
