Privacy requests

What you can ask for

A copy of the information we hold about you, a correction of anything that is wrong, or deletion of your information. Use the form below with the email or phone you used on this site, or email privacy@astrabrava.com.

Anyone can use this page, whatever state you live in.

When we respond

Within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why within those 45 days and may extend once by up to 45 more days.

How we confirm it is you

We reply to the email address on file, and we send a copy of your information only to that address. We never ask for identity documents.

What deletion covers

We delete your request and everything you typed into the form from our database, and we delete the notification emails about it from our business mailbox, except for the records described below.

We keep the record of the notice shown to you, any consent and any opt-out for 5 years, so we can show what notice you saw and what you agreed to, and keep honoring an opt-out. We also keep a record of your privacy request (the email or phone you used and what we did) for 5 years, and, to keep honoring your deletion or an opt-out, a one-way hash of that email or phone for 5 years. Resend, the service that delivers request notifications, states that it keeps email and log data for 30 days on its standard plans.

Information JetMo holds

If your request was already sent to Eduardo Cepeda, JetMo holds its own copy under its own privacy policies and legal duties. To see, correct or delete what JetMo holds, contact JetMo directly through jetmo.com. To stop contact from Eduardo Cepeda and JetMo, use /opt-out/ and we will forward it to JetMo.

No cost and no different treatment

Privacy requests cost nothing. We never treat you differently for making one.

If you disagree with our answer

Reply to our answer and we will review it again. If you live in Texas, you can also contact the Texas Attorney General, which enforces the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. If you live in California, you can contact the California Privacy Protection Agency.
